This paper presents a patient who has been detected a tumor during her pregnancy. The clinical characteristics were headache, vomits, focal seizures in her left arm, with further generalization, accompanied by loss of muscle strength and papiledema. Surgical procedures, followed by further radiothepary and administration of Cartilac by enema. The histological type of lesion was a multiform glioblastoma and postsurgery recovery was satisfactory at the beginning, with a survival period of eight months approximately.
