We continue with this paper a series of 3 articles on the same topic, but with application in different fields of surgery. The use of cyanoacrylic monomers in medicine has considerably increased in different surgical specialties due to their numerous advantages. In order to make known their uses and to generalize the applications of tisuacryl, a material made in Cuba, in the diverse specialties, the current bibliographic review has been made.
