This paper is aimed at presenting methodological aspects connected with the use of group exercise as an organizative teaching method in the Organization of Health Services subject corresponding to the Training for Defense discipline that is taught in the 5th year of the career of the General Basic Physician. Taking into account the experience of military schools that use this method, it is proved the feasibility of its generalization to other specialties interrelating the theoretical contents imparted in previous topics with the practical management work of the physician in his community under the conditions of all the people's war. Recommendations are also made for improving the organization and carrying out of a group exercise in the development of medical teaching.
