A patient that began to have lesions that supurated and formed abscesses in the scalp, leaving areas of alopecia in small plaque, was reported. Antibiotics of wide spectrum were used, and antibiotic ointments were locally applied. Regression of the lesions and complete recovery were attained. It is considered a rare disease of the scalp.
