Abstract

Double pylorus is an endoscopic finding that is more common in patients who have suffered from peptic ulcerous disease. It is an abnormal communication between the gastric antrum and the duodenal bulbus that may need surgical treatment. Two patients who were diagnosed this abnormality are reported.
