Resumen
ALVAREZ FIALLO, Roger et al. Quantitative and conventional electromyographic study of neuromuscular diseases, a comparative analysis of the results. Rev Cub Med Mil [online]. 2006, vol.35, n.4, pp. 0-0. ISSN 1561-3046.
An electromyographic study was conducted by quantitative and conventional methods in a cohort of 191 patients with neuromuscular diseases. The quantitative studies included studies of manual processing of motor unit potentials, decomposition of the electromyographic signal, turns-amplitude analyses, and spectrum analysis. The results obtained by both methods were compared from the statistical point of view. There was a significant statistical concordance between the results of the quantitative and the conventional electromyographic methods in the study of neuromuscular diseases.
