The consideration of the authors as regards the systematic evaluation of the health status of the officers of different armies in the world and, particularly, in the armed forces is exposed. A reflection of the elements of the so-called vulnerability areas in the current analysis of the health status of the army officers is made. A new approach conception and its advantages on designing concrete health intervention actions for every susceptible officer and even for each command or grouping is also dealt with.
