In the Revolutionary Army Forces with the re-engineering of Integral General Physician Training Program in the new model from community scenarios in the Health Primary Care (military units, troops hospitals, military schools, military construction enterprises and other involved centers) it is necessary the presence of a professional fulfilling the social task and the discharged patient designed in the study programs. Medical Services management emphasized the increase of redimension of tutelary teaching to achieve a competent graduate. Presence of tutor in the new training model with the indissoluble link between the teaching/medical practice and the work education as a fundamental way of teaching organization, guarantees the specialist training who in the academic process transform and develop its personality, scientific, professional and ethical-moral level as well as its deep human sensitivity achieving a high level of independence of the resident and constant act of tutor as a adviser, guide, controller and trainer. The tutor's overcoming, the increase of its profile and the active role of resident allow an integral training fulfilling the Health Primary Care actions: promotion, prevention, identification and solution of health problems in its community.
