Abstract

In present paper is presented the case of a male adolescent who after a bone pain started by medical prescription a treatment with non-steroids anti-inflammatory drugs. First the Ibuprofen was prescribed, which was substituted at several weeks by Acetaminophen which it is used for symptomatic treatment of pain and fever. Patient was studied and there was not a structured additive disease, although with a positive risk of develop it. Neither there was a visible hepatic damage. Was treated with a favorable course.
