Food problem is one of the main challenges ll countries face, mainly the underdeveloped ones. Grain production is a very important group, and Cuba needs to elevate its food production. To comply with the latter, the Cuban agricultural sector assumes the major challenge today. Rice as a staple in Cuban food diet requires increasing their production yields. This research therefore seeks to propose for the first time a system of technical -economic actions to increase rice yields in Cuba, by establishing the factors of greatest impact on rice yields.
