The article subscribes to the national studies centered in the effects of the salary differentiation on the productivity of work, incorporating the fact that this relationship constitutes a virtuous circle that should close starting from the spill of these increments of productivity on the economic results of the firms that again should be reverted in monetary bigger incentives. In this address the work characterizes the situation from each stimulus way to the work in the period 2003-2009, and estimating different models of data panel, it tries to correct possible problems of estimation of precedent studies. Finally it is determined that the inefficient of the system of incentives of the salary politics owes herself in good not measured alone to its low quantities, but also to the inoperative design and application of the salary complements.
