A model for evaluating the effect of financing and model of foreign participation from a country perspective is proposed in this work, by taking into consideration the characteristics of the Cuban Economy. The model that allows to determine profitability of the inversion country is presented as a whole. All assumptions and principles that govern the model and the procedure to be followed for its implementation are exposed.
