The aim of this paper is to position Bolívar Echeverría philosopher's thought with certain aspects of Ecuadorean regime of good-living, especially regarding radicalism of his proposal for being rebellious to the West Capitalist regime. We are going to use the content analysis of deep interviews made to followers of the Ecuadorean author which were put into relation with certain concepts of his critical thought. This way, we try to update Latin-American critical Marxism headed by this author and to relate it with the so-called Socialism of the Twenty-one Century and besides to advance in the understanding of the good-living as an alternative proposal to the neoliberal hegemony at the light of Bolivar Echeverría's analysis and of some of his closest analysts .
