Resumen

LLANOS ENCALADA, Mónica. Production Systems Development and its Influence to Working Relations and the Worker's Role. Econ. y Desarrollo [online]. 2016, vol.157, n.2, pp.130-146. ISSN ISSN.

Neither Capitalism nor Socialism emerged with men, these two forms of conceiving or approaching political, social and economic relations are the results of the own human evolution in front of the impending need of surviving and the social groups and movements which were needed. Capitalism emerged as a consequence of the first commercial relations and Socialism as a criticism and questioning of Capitalism, for its inherent exploitation essence of workers. Thus, what we made in the present work is a travel through the development of social production relations, since we have identified relevant characteristics and forms in the working relations within its context, all of which gave place to different thinkers' contributions and the achievement of humanization of working relations and recognition of workers as main actors in production relations.

Palabras clave : working relations; production relations; production system; worker.
