The high levels of uncertainty to which international markets are currently subjected, reflect the importance of counting on adequate methods to make the estimates of prices prevailing in the market as a main tool for planning. The present paper performs an analysis of the Price estimate process development in Cuban foreign trade, as part of the planning of the national economy, and proves the limitations that still prevail in it.
