Infrastructure is one of the essential factors for advancing a successful productive transformation agenda. Cuba, which has achieved relevant results in the midst of serious economic difficulties, still has a considerable gap in the provision of services such as telecommunications and transport. This paper aims to analyse the country's situation in these areas and to study public-private partnerships and their possible application in Cuba as a solution to infrastructure deficits and fiscal restrictions.
