This paper’s purpose is to assess critically the use of key terms operated to describe the conceptual content and normative practice in Cuba’s state organization management of worker’s participation, which appear in main regulatory documents that form labor law regulations. Also in Enterprise’ legal system and programmatic documents that contain the socioeconomic strategies in Cuba in their projection until 2030. It was performed a cross-sectional, descriptive observational study based on bibliometric and comparative analysis of the main regulatory and normative documents stated above. It was evident that there is a broad, multifaceted, contextualized and differentiated treatment of the main theoretical aspects that make up the «duty» of workers' participation in Cuban state organizations management. The comparative analysis allowed stating the fact that besides of the economic, sociopolitical and ideological differences, there is a certain match on the «worker’s participation» keyword treatment provided by the legal and normative Cuban system and the specialized world-level bibliography that studies the subject.
