This work aims to present a method of evaluation and analysis of the supply chain as an organizational structure whose output is a quality product and high demand in the agricultural sector. Definitions are presented, as well as the elements that define the supply chain as an organizational structure. An evaluation and analysis method is provided, establishing its dimensions of work and the stages for its development. Its practical application allows a synthesis of the factors that hinder and/or facilitate the effectiveness of the chain in the context of the Cuban economy.
