This work gives continuity to the paper «COVID-19 Pandemic and Global Crisis: Consensus or Dissensus? » about the international debate that has identified the crisis as a result of the COVID-19. In this case, the objective is to contribute to demystify the fetish of the sanitary crisis that has been diffused as a veil on the structural problems of the capitalist system, with a structural crisis, multidimensional and systemic. This paper presents relationship among the crisis of capitalist system, global problems of world development and the pandemic by COVID-19; the analysis is based on a selection of economic and social variables.
