In this research, a methodological contribution is made for the management of construction and demolition waste in Cuba. Specialized literature on the various management models is valued to know their regularities. The majority lack demand studies and do not carry out management control through impact evaluation. A management model is developed, which conceives, through a graphic and conceptual scheme, the way to organize its use cycle. It is structured in three levels: generation, valuation and evaluation; and the internal and external relationships of the economic actors involved are established. The model is validated by the expert method. They agree that the qualities evaluated are adequate, because the values range are between 4.35 and 4.86, which is why they are evaluated as very high on a scale of 1 to 5.
