Abstract

With the objective of evaluating the stability of the Brucella abortus RB51 vaccine, evaluation were carried out at 4°, 25° and 37°C in 7 day- intervals for 28 days. CFU variation was the indicator evaluated during the study time. There was a reduction of CFU at 37°C and 25°C; and at 4° there was not modification observed. It was also defined that the cows´ RB51 vaccine is stable during 2 years and 6 months.
