Since 1991,the National Center for Animal and Plant Health, has rapidly developed manufacture and marketing of chemicals, biological and natural products to be used in humans, animals and plants. This has generated a wealth of information that is difficult to handle and evaluate. The software package Microsoft Access 2002 Microsoft Office XP have being used as it is a program designed to manage information that facilitates the quality assurance of manufactured products, diagnostics and medicines. The system can record and process information of all operations involved in the process of obtaining a product such as: personnel, documentation, purchase of materials, and evaluation of suppliers, production, quality control, validation, audits, and annual review of products, among others. The interrelationships between databases and their outputs facilitate their use and level of access for personnel performing each function. This system allows rapid processing of information and supports the making of decisions.
