STABILAK^® is a cuban product, based on the activation of lactoperoxidase system that allows to conserve raw milk without refrigeration. The aim of this work was to determine if the use of STABILAK affects the detection of penicillin using the SNAP test. Its use didn't interfere in this method, in activated and reactivated milk.
