The architectural restoration ofthe historic centers, has been defined by the principle of innovation. This foundation is undertaken with a deep determination by the Office of the Historian of Havana, who conducted a comprehensive rehabilitation process, in the Historic Center of the City, as one of the most central locations.While they understand the model of management in the country, gives a remarkable perception of the picture, we must deepen a narrower level to understand the peculiarities of strategy skill areas. This scale is the Merchants Street, which allows the generation of direct proposals to concentrate a set of symbolic values.
