The paper aims to provide a critical look at the major political events in Cuba between 2010 and half-filled of 2015 and the prospects for change, as a contribution to the comprehensive analysis of possible reforms to strengthen the national political consensus, the broadest democracy and consequently the irreversibility of socialism. The concluding exhibition provides a key premise of irreversibility necessary widening,active, direct, systematic, creative, real and effective population in making the most important decisions of the country popular participation.
