Specifically, in the case of higher education, and due to some particular scenarios the country has faced, some measures have been taken directed towards limiting, or widening, university access. The following article is aimed at analyzing the likely changes in educational right, as from the new economic and social transformations which include modifications in terms of university registration. As preliminary results we may state that there are a series of actions that might contribute to improve the aforesaid policies, based on the principle of social equity.
