This paper examines some of the most important contributions of original Marxism to the establishment of the fundamentals of sociology of work. It stresses how Marx, Engels, and Lenin contributed to the advance in this science, with them being ahead of bourgeois sociology prevailing in their times. Such contributions are of undeniably great theoretical and methodological importance.
