This article provides a brief overview of the evolution of the Administrative Law in Cuba, in order to review the fundamental milestones of this evolutionary process, and thus it may offer a quick idea of its complexity. Likewise, a brief introduction is made about the concept of «Administrative Law», which illustrates its scope.
