In the subsequent reflections we present the catalog of training and training actions that the Center for Public Administration Studies of the University of Havana has deployed as an institution that, based on the experience it has accumulated since its creation, has the primary state mandate to contribute to the training and training of public officials. With special emphasis is made a balance of the results in this topic in the last three years and presented the main challenges from the internal and external in order to achieve an authentic postgraduate preparation of managers in the heat of the structural and functional transformations that are they operate in the country in the process of updating the economic and social model.
