This research belongs to the work line of Project of the Hispanic Cultured Regulations Juan M. Lope Blanch. This study finds out the level of syntactic competence of cultured people from Havana, focusing on those anomalous constructions called queísmo and dequeísmo. At first talking about some necessary theoretical ideas to understand it. After a presentation of the used methodology and the studied sample, the obtained results are analyzed, especially the results of the sociolinguistic variables: sex, age and profession of the informants. Finally, relevant conclusions are presented.
