This article focuses on a current issue such as the export of non-state forms of production, specifically private ones. The objective is to discuss between international practice and the current provisions in Cuba for the export of small businesses, so a brief analysis of the international experience in such matters is made, as well as a critical assessment of the resolution recently issued by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment that regulates the export of such forms of property in Cuba. Finally, a proposal for Cuba is made on the basis of adapting the international experience.
