The teaching of graduate courses for the training of business managers continues to be a relevant activity of many universities in the world. An important part of these activities are carried out by business schools affiliated with, or in collaboration with, the universities. The objective of this presentation is to present an analysis, based on the results and experiences obtained in the Specialty of Business Management, which is taught at the Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno, with the purpose of identifying good practices and Improvement ways that promote raising the quality and effectiveness of the training of business executives and managers.
