The Universidad Politécnica Salesiana de Ecuador is one of the national and regional reference institutions, in terms of information and communications technologies use. In order to socialize the keys of such prominent position, the present article provides an analysis of the conceptions, dynamics, and practices that gave way to that prominence, from the very first moment in which the integration of the technologies of its educational project is projected and begins in a planned way. Such process included important dimensions, among which it is possible to highlight the teaching training, the technological generation, and the assistance tosers. In order to disseminate such valuable experience among the international academic community, the article provides a scenic view of the way such dissemination was devised and developed in the context of the institutional socio-educational project.
