The aim of this paper is to offer an instrument for training, assessment, self-assessment, open, assertive and self-criticism communication about the work and professionalization of professors, which favors a work style based on the interchange of experiences. Class should be a pedagogical workshop for the student and a way of professional improvement for professor, so that it promotes good educative practices.
