The present article presents an approach to the study of the problematic management of higher education that, as a sui generis experience, carries out a country that is based on socialist ideas but, at the same time, has contact points with capitalist ways. The implemented strategies in relation with the Chinese Educational management system has had social, economic and political repercussions.
