Since its foundation, the University of Informatics Sciences has had the goal of not only searching talent, but also fostering it. One of the steps taken to achieve it was the teaching innovation project “Intervention Model to Give a Special Training to Students with a Potential Talent in Informatics at the University of Informatics Sciences.” A very important part of this project was a continuing education strategy for professors to give a special training to students with a potential talent in Informatics. This paper presents the conception, and structuring of this project, and results obtained after its application at the University.
