Dialog as a fundamental resource for structuring human activity has been of particular significance to philosophy. In this paper, contributions which this science can make to promoting dialog in today’s societies, particularly between the actors involved in teaching-learning process at universities, are shown. Philosophy teaches a lesson upon which this reflection is based - complex problem-solving, such as problems regarding education for new generations, must be focused on the ability to problematize subjects involved in this process, and this problematization becomes legitimate and more effective in dialogs.
