Nowadays, achieving material and financial security at universities is a very complex and dynamic process. Due to the shortage of material, financial, and human resources, there is a pressing need for them to be saved in order to comply with social demands. One of the top priorities of universities is to have a positive influence when using them. However, they don’t have the proper methodologies for this, which is why an improved resource management is required. This work was aimed at designing a strategic, systemic, and integrated management model for achieving total material and financial security at universities, so their living, working, and studying conditions may be continuously improved, which may have an impact on their fundamental processes.
