The main objective of this article is to know how often young university students practice values, as well as to determine the value that is most attached to them and how it influences their daily lives. As part of the research, 96 questionnaires were applied to the students of the Universidad Juarez Autonoma de Tabasco, in the Academic Division of Economic Administrative Sciences, in the facilities of Zona de la Cultura. The results obtained showed that the participants consider that values are forged at home, in addition to not considering that they are being lost over time. The young people under study feel an affinity with responsibility and respect, being these the main models of behavior.
