The world elderly process trend to be one of the phenomenon that most tensions will cause in the socio economical systems of the next decades, prevent its impact, corresponds to the organizations of the economies and superstructure of the state, that is why they look for interventions that prioress and optimize the managing to face this phenomenon, that it results today of high priority. Education as a social mediation process, it is convoked to intervene and constitute itself into an institution of the state, that promotes and organizes the advance of the solution to the social problems, thus in the case of the High Education it proposes, from the odontologist formation, a curricular strategy that permits to impact the curriculum through the attention to the elderlies, due to this they are implicated the unit of curricular formation, as well as the academic, investigation and society relationprocesses, to implement it in its practical methodological conception.
