This article proposes a functional and practical algorithm for updating university teaching programs on the subject of public administration and its incidence in the development of the societies of the contemporary world, through the identification of the vulnerabilities of the globalization process and their corresponding consequences for the national States of today. This is concatenated with the way in which these processes should be perceived from a critical perspective by the university student of our time.
