This work was carried out in the Agrarian University of Havana, dedicated to the formation of professionals, the science, technology, innovation, and the University extra boundaries activities. In this investigation, the author considered to design a human resource process for the Quality Management System; to be applied to its characteristics and conditions. The process was elaborated starting from an appropriate theoretical-methodological sustentation. For these reasons, different methods were seed: theoretical, empiric and mathematical- statistical. The proposed process contributes to the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the university and the implementation of the Quality Management System, it has the process record in correspondence with the NC ISO 9001: 2015, the sequence of the process activities; the indicators for its measurement and monitoring as well as the determination of the risks through. The process is susceptible to be generalized in other higher education centers.
