This paper presents a patient with multiple condyloma and a Buschke-Lowenstein tumor in the groin with clinical aspect of a squamous carcinoma. Malignity was histollogically ruled out in this case. Lesions were treated by surgery and during the postoperative period, the patient was treated with interferon alpha IM at a rate of 9 x 106 UI/day three times a week for 3 weeks. One year after the treatment, the patient had not shown any relapse.
