The diagnosis was made by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and corroborated by the presence of eggs of the parasite in the feces. She was treated with triclabendazol. It was observed an improvement of the clinical picture and negativization of the conical cups in the serial control analyses made on the 7th, 30th, 60th and 90th day after treatment.
