The frequency of 67 HLA class I (loci A, B and C) antigens and of 18 HLA class II antigens was determined in 15 patients carriers of Voght-Koyanagi-Harada’s syndrome that were diagnosed in the Ophthalmology Service of “Enrique Cabrera” General Hospital and “ Ramón Pando Ferrer” Hospital. 276 persons from different regions of Cuba were used as controls. On analyzing the results, no association was found between the HLA class I and class II antigens and the disease in the sample of patients compared with the sound controls
