Micromethod for detecting immunoglobulin classes and subclasses in samples of erythrocytes from patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Rev Cubana Hematol Inmunol Hemoter [online]. 2002, vol.18, n.3, pp. 0-0. ISSN 1561-2996.
Forty patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia and 15 patients with G-6PD deficiency, all of them diagnosed in the Hematology and Immunology Institute for two years, were studied. The objective was to evaluate a technique of bottom microplates V for the detection of Ig classes and IgG subclasses in a sample of erythrocytes from these patients and compare it with the direct antiglobulin test. It was confirmed that the technique of bottom microplates V offered more advantages since it allowed determining Ig classes of samples that were not identified by the direct antiglobulin test. Likewise, it was useful in determining IgG subclasses in all the samples with this type of immunoglobuline
