The world seeks means to slow down the aging process and to talk about the "Eternal Youth" that may be linked with physical exercises, directly with the Buddhist style. The aim of the Cuban Public Health System, in coordination with other State agencies and organizations, is to increase the health level and the quality of life of the elderly. To this end, a retrospective descriptive study was conducted from December 2006 to March 2007 in "Abel Santamaría" Grandparents Circle of the family physician's office # 18, "28 de Enero" Polyclinic, in Playa municipality, Havana City. The aim of this paper was to determine the satisfaction degree of the older adults with the physical exercises they were doing. The population of this study was composed of 34 grandparents from the above mentioned Circle. Information was obtained through a survey applied with their previous informed consent. The results allowed to conclude that in spite of being older adults and of their pathologies, physical exercises improved their quality of life. It was also evident their interest in the inclusion of other excersices of the Oriental traditional medicine
