Abstract

Introduction:
Currently the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a worldwide health problem in Brazil reaches more than 90 thousand people.
Objective:
To identify predictors for the establishment of nursing diagnoses in renal transplant patients.
Methods:
Cross-sectional study with 84 patients in a hospital in northeastern Brazil through a structured interview and physical examination. For the development of diagnostics, we used the model Risner and for data analysis we used the chi-square test, Fisher exact test and logistic regression.
Results:
The predictors were identified: invasive procedures for diagnosing risk of infection; disruption of the surface of the skin, body structures invasion and immune deficiency for impaired skin integrity; reporting fatigue and disease state for fatigue and verbal report of pain and harmful agents to aguda.
Conclusão
pain: the study allowed the identification of predictors of nursing diagnoses associated with factors and specific characteristics of this clientele.
