The population included 289 individuals who received attention at the first level of the Chambo-Riobamba health district, to whom the Quality of Life and Patient Satisfaction Scale was applied in order to identify affected biopsychosocial dimensions.

Results:

The limitation in physical activity is the element of the biological dimension affected in 51.20% of the participants. In the psychological sphere, changes referred to in their persons were identified (49.81%). The social sphere is reported to have limitations when the participants perform activities (46.71%). The consulted clinical practice guidelines lack palliative care interventions with a psychological-social approach.
