The cases of the foreign fellow holders with exotic parasitism in the province of Villa Clara that were reported from 1992 to 1997 are presented. Most of the positive cases are males. The commonest parasites were Schistosoma haematobium, Schistosoma mansoni and Filaria loa-loa. The screening of these affections and others that may appear is mantained to prevent their spreading in the country.
